Lost Tickets?
We replace lost tickets—even if you arrive at the theatre and discover you’ve left them at home.
Missed Performance Tickets
Within two weeks of a missed performance, you may redeem unused season tickets on an “as-available” basis to another performance of the same production. Come to the Box Office 90 minutes prior to the performance you wish to attend. Seating is not guaranteed and cannot be arranged in advance.

The Taper, Ahmanson and Douglas are completely accessible with wheelchair locations. Special performances are sign language interpreted with a pre-play discussion for deaf and hard of hearing patrons. Audio-described performances are also available.
