Keep Same Seats Year-to-Year (or Upgrade!)

Season Ticket Members have the ability to keep your same seats from year-to-year. During renewal, you may also request to upgrade your seats to better locations, typically closer to center or closer to front. (Because the demand and availability of seats can vary greatly by performance, we cannot always guarantee that your request can be accommodated.)

Guaranteed Low Prices

When shows get hot and ticket prices go up, you’ll be enjoying cool, guaranteed prices locked in with your season ticket purchase. Even if you buy now and exchange for a different performance date later, you are guaranteed your original price (unless you upgrade to a higher-priced section).

Payment Plans

Need to split payments? We can help. When paying by credit card, we’ll easily arrange a payment play for your season tickets. Pay 50% at the time of purchase (plus any donation, parking or bonus options). You will be automatically charged for the remaining balance later, before we mail season tickets.

Locked-In Pricing for Additional Tickets

You may have season tickets to one theatre, but you’ll receive season ticket pricing to all of our theatres for any upcoming shows. Have relatives in town or want to buy additional tickets for friends? Enjoy those low, locked-in prices by calling Audience Services at 213.972.4444.

Share the electrifying 2015/16 Ahmanson Season with a friend and you’ll both receive great perks! Offer valid through September 30, 2015.

For current Ahmanson Season Ticket Members:

  • When your friend becomes a Season Ticket Member, you’ll receive complimentary drinks and access to the Ahmanson Founders Room – the exclusive VIP Lounge usually available to members for a fee of $25,000.
  • Simply pass along your Patron ID for your friend to mention at the time of purchase.

For your friend:

Money-back Guarantee

It’s simple: just attend the first performance in your season ticket package, and if you’re not satisfied, return all future tickets. We’ll refund your money for the remaining balance of the season, less the cost of the first show.

Free Online Ticket Exchange*

Exclusive service: No per-ticket fees when you need to change performance dates. Exchange tickets online anytime up to 24 hours before showtime. (Please note: tickets exchanged into another section or higher-priced day of week/time may increase the price of the new ticket.) If you exchange to a lower-priced ticket, you will receive a credit that can be used for additional tickets to the same production. After the production ends, the credit will no longer be available.

We now offer same-day exchanges. For a per-ticket fee, you can now do an exchange on the same day of your performance up to three hours before showtime. You can do this over the phone or in person at the box office.

*Online exchange is not available for tickets purchased as part of Passport memberships or for same-day exchanges. Please call Audience Services at 213.972.4444 about how to exchange tickets purchased with a Passport membership or on the same day as your performance.

NO Service Fees

Service and handling fees are a drag. Never pay service fees when you exchange up to 24 hours in advance of your performance or when you purchase additional tickets.

Special Events

When new shows or events are announced at the Taper, Ahmanson or Douglas theatres, you'll always be offered tickets first for you and your friends — with NO Service Fees. These advance offers are made by email. Be sure we have your current email address.

Lost Tickets?

We replace lost tickets — even if you arrive at the theatre and discover you’ve left them at home.

Missed Performance Tickets

Within two weeks of a missed performance, you may redeem unused season tickets on an “as-available” basis to another performance of the same production. Come to the Box Office 90 minutes prior to the performance you wish to attend. Seating is not guaranteed and cannot be arranged in advance. Upgrade fees will apply if you attend a performance and/or sit in a seating area with a higher ticket price.

FREE Parking for the Kirk Douglas Theatre

For the Kirk Douglas Theatre in Culver City, park at City Hall, just one block from our front door. Get driving directions and parking.

Pre-paid Parking Vouchers for the Music Center Garage

Smoking (herbal non-tobacco only), stage fog, strobe lights, gun shots, rough language and nudity may occur in some productions. If you would like to be advised in advance of these occurrences, please contact Audience Services at 213.972.4444.

ACCESS for Patrons Who Are Deaf, Blind or Need Wheelchair Locations

The Taper, Ahmanson and Douglas are completely accessible with wheelchair locations. Special performances are sign language-interpreted for patrons who are deaf or hard-of-hearing.
