Things to know as you create your login / account:
Are you a CTG Member logging in for the FIRST TIME?
All CTG Season Members have an online account that is active within 24 hours of
becoming a member. When logging in online for the FIRST TIME, simply enter your
Patron ID# as your password. Once you have logged in, you may opt to change your
password. Please do not create a duplicate account. Thank you.
Signing up for a contest?
Please fill out your email address carefully and accept our terms and conditions.
All email communication will be sent to this email address, including winners’ notifications.
Creating a full new account?
Fill out all the required information. You will then be taken to a “Communication
Options” page where you can choose what types of email you would prefer to receive.
Once you’ve created your account, you’ll be able to navigate throughout our website
and monitor your account. If you already have an account with us and want to be
sure your login is tied to your main account, please contact Audience Services at
(213) 628-2772 and they can walk you through the steps (renewals and ticket/donor
history will not show up on newly created accounts).
