It Tastes Like What I Remember is a series that explores the link between memory and food. When we remember food, we remember love. It is the nourishment that our mothers, fathers, nanas and tatas layered into our meals. Two friends, Julia Cho and Cheryl Umaña, cook up a cultural exchange of mole, kimchi, provecho, and geonbae, and bridge the past to the present.
