Sponsored by <a href="http://www.lastagealliance.com/">LA Stage Alliance</a>, the event attracts &quot;performers, designers, administrators, leaders, students, supporters, vendors, and patrons&quot; for a day of inspiration, networking and learning.</p> <p>Check-in begins at 8 a.m. Performances and interactive sessions begin at 9:30 a.m. with a &quot;series of short (5-10 minute) provocative and inspirational presentations from fellow members of the LA performing arts community.&quot;</p> <p>Diverse artists will engage participants in workshops and panel discussions throughout the day.</p> <p>Andy Crocker, CTG's casting associate, will lead a student workshop called The Hardest Job You'll Ever Love: Survival as an Actor. Working actors and other casting professionals will give insider advice on headshots, résumés, agents, unions and finances.</p> <p>CTG Student Body members can attend the workshop for free and receive admission to the rest of the event at a discounted price.
