Win a Year of Opening Nights at the Ahmanson, Taper, and Douglas

Picture yourself at the center of it all on Opening Night. Stepping onto the red carpet amidst photographers’ flashes. Hearing the buzz as the house fills to the rafters. Leaping to your feet for a standing ovation. This could be you—at every show of Center Theatre Group’s upcoming, blockbuster 2018/2019 Season.

Show your support for the arts by donating to Center Theatre Group’s World Theatre Day campaign! For every $10 you donate through March 29, 2018, you’ll be entered into an opportunity drawing to be treated like a VIP. This includes a pair of tickets to every Opening Night and invitations to pre-show dinners and post-show cast parties when available. That’s like 15 dates with your favorite person to some of the hottest shows in town! Donate today and put theatre at the center of it all.

What is World Theatre Day?

World Theatre Day was created by the International Theatre Institute (ITI) and was celebrated for the first time on March 27, 1962. This day is a celebration for those who can see the value and importance of the art form “theatre,” and acts as a wake-up-call for governments, politicians and institutions that have not yet recognized its value to the people and to the individual and have not yet realized its potential for economic growth.
