Niñas de la Guerra

Come and enjoy free theatre at your neighborhood library

Center Theatre Group and Off The Tracks Theatre Company invite you to a free play reading at your local Boyle Heights library. The story takes place in the town of Nopasanada where, as the name implies, nothing happens and the only thing people do is work—and not worry about what happens to people from other places. But when Vera, a foreign girl whose country has been ravaged by war, appears in Nopasanada, she changes not only the lives of the inhabitants but the way they look at others. Presented by Off The Tracks Theatre Company in Spanish.

As always, play readings are free, open to the public, and designed to be enjoyed by audiences of all ages.
