How to access my digital Tickets

Log in to access, share, and scan your tickets via email, text message, or Apple Wallet. See details for each below.

1. Log in to your account at centertheatregroup.org/login.

2. Select 'MANAGE TICKETS" for your upcoming show.

3. Select "Download my tickets"

4. Select the production and performance for the tickets you’d like to view.

5. Your tickets are now viewable! Swipe left or right on the screen to view additional tickets in your order. Please note: Your QR code will become visible roughly one week before your performance.

For your safety and security, your QR code refreshes periodically. Your ticket cannot be shared with friends or family via screen capture. Your digital tickets are not printable. If you would like a printed ticket, please contact our Audience Services at 213.628.2772 or visit our Box Office in person. Printing fees will apply.

6. For convenient access to your tickets, add your ticket(s) to your Apple Wallet by scrolling to the bottom of your digital ticket and tapping the ‘Add to Apple Wallet’ button. You will then be prompted to 'Add' this ticket to your Apple Wallet. Repeat the process for each ticket you would like to have in your Apple Wallet.

Please note: If you want to share a ticket with someone else, ensure that the ticket is neither in an Apple Wallet nor already shared with someone.

How to Share my Digital Ticket

Repeat steps 1-5 above.

7. Click ‘SHARE’ above the ticket to share it with someone else.

8. Fill in the full name, select the ticket(s) you would like to share, agree to our Terms of Use by checking the box, then click 'NEXT'.

10. You are now ready to share your ticket via text, email, or your preferred messaging tool via your device’s communication apps. Tap ‘SHARE WITH YOUR GUEST’.

11. You can now send the ticket directly to your recipient via text, email, or you can copy the link to paste it into another messaging app.

Expandable element Can I screenshot my ticket and share it with my friends?

For your safety and security, your QR code refreshes periodically. Your ticket cannot be shared with friends or family with a screen capture. Please use the ‘SHARE’ button located in your Center Theatre Group wallet.

My friends say they didn’t receive the link for their ticket I shared with them. No Problem! Go to your Center Theatre Group account, locate the ticket, then tap the ‘SHARE THIS INVITE AGAIN' button within the ticket.

Expandable element I received a shared ticket from my friend, and I can’t make the performance anymore. What should I do?

You can send your shared ticket back to your friend by going into your Center Theatre Group wallet and tapping the ‘RETURN THIS TICKET TO SENDER’ button, or you can share you ticket with someone else by tapping the ‘SHARE’ button.

Expandable element I don’t want my tickets in the Apple Wallet anymore.

No Problem! Go to your Center Theatre Group account, locate the ticket, open it, and tap the ‘GET TICKETS BACK FROM APPLE WALLET' button within that ticket.

Digital Tickets are just that: A digital form of ticket that lives on your mobile device. If you would like a printed ticket, then please visit our Box Office in person or by calling our Audience Services at 213.628.2772. Printing fees will apply.

Expandable element What if I purchased tickets through TodayTix?

If you purchased tickets through TodayTix (excluding the lottery), you should receive your QR codes via email from TodayTix closer to your performance date and shortly after completing your transaction with them.

If you purchased lottery tickets through TodayTix, you will receive your QR codes via email from CTG closer to your performance. For evening performances, the email will be sent in the afternoon of the performance day, and for matinees, it will be sent the evening before.

Our Audience Services team will not be able to assist with these matters. Please refer to TodayTix for any ticket-related inquiries.

If you do not receive an email with your QR code by the time of your performance, you will need to pick up your tickets at the box office.
