No. Parking vouchers issued by Center Theatre Group are only valid for the Music Center Garage located at 135 North Grand Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90012.

Expandable element I’m a Founders Member. Can I use the parking voucher for Founders Parking?

Yes, you may use parking vouchers at the Founders Members’ Entrance, alongside your Founders placard.

Expandable element I subscribe to the theatre with someone who drives separately. How can I get an additional set of parking vouchers?

One CTG subscribers will receive seven complimentary parking vouchers per order. For additional parking vouchers, you may purchase them for $11 per voucher (includes a $1 handling fee).

Expandable element When will my tickets and parking vouchers be available/mailed?

Tickets will be available to view online on a per-show basis beginning this summer. Subscriber tickets are released prior to an exclusive exchange period and our Friends Ticket Presales. You will be notified by email once they become available. If you requested for your tickets to be printed and mailed, they will be mailed out in August. Please note that there is a $5 fee per order to have your tickets mailed. Parking vouchers will also be mailed in August.

Expandable element I’m already a subscriber to both the Ahmanson Theatre and Mark Taper Forum, will my seats stay the same with the One CTG subscription package?

Yes! All subscribers with current subscription seats at either or both venues will continue to enjoy their beloved seat locations.

Expandable element I requested a seating improvement. Will I get notified if my improvement goes through?

You will receive notification once your seats are available to view online this summer, and will be able to see if your seats were improved at that time.

Expandable element Why am I unable to choose my own seats at the additional venue?

We want to ensure we get you the best seats possible! In order to do that, we need to see which seats become available. As your renewal or new subscription order comes into our office, it is prioritized first by the date we receive your order and full payment, and second according to the number of years you have been a subscriber. We also consider the number of seats requested, ticket and donation history, and seating availability. Renewing subscribers are always seated before new subscribers. 

New seat locations for the additional venue will be assigned according to your current price level. To ensure you get the best seats possible, your seats will be assigned at the end of the renewal period in order of priority as listed above. Please include any specific requests with your subscription order.

Expandable element I only want to renew my subscription for my preferred venue. Am I going to lose my seats?

Subscribers who choose to downgrade to a subscription package for their preferred venue will retain their seats for the 2024/25 season. Please note that One CTG subscribers save up to 25% on single tickets and receive free parking. Single-venue subscribers save up to 20% on single tickets and do not receive free parking.

Expandable element It seems like my subscription is more expensive this year. Why?

CTG strives to keep theatre accessible through subscription discounts, monthly payment plans for subscribers, and various ticket programs. Each year, we evaluate our subscription prices and consider factors such as competitor pricing and production costs, and adjust our pricing accordingly when necessary. An increase in your subscription pricing may also be the result of a special offer you received at the time of original purchase. Expandable element Why is there not an option online or by email to opt out of auto renewal?

One CTG subscription packages automatically renew each year for your convenience—no forms to fill out or calls to make! If you are not interested in automatically renewing your subscription, you may call the Subscription Hotline at 213.972.4444 to confirm your cancellation. At this time, we are not able to accept this option online.

Expandable element If I am unhappy with my seats, can I get a refund?

All subscribers have a money-back guarantee. If you aren’t 100% satisfied after the first performance in your subscription package, we’ll refund the balance of your season (less handling fees).
