Equity Actors
Center Theatre Group holds Equity general auditions on the first or second Monday of each month at the Music Center Annex. The Annex is located at 601 West Temple St. 90012 (on the corner of Temple Street and Grand Ave.) These auditions are restricted to AEA and EMC members ONLY.
Doors open at 9:00 a.m. and we take the first 25 people who sign up.
The sign-up is first come first served; no reservations will be taken.
Auditions begin at 9:30 a.m. Sign-up ends at 9:30 a.m. For the audition you should prepare two contrasting 2 to 3 minute contemporary monologues. We prefer pieces from published plays performed without accent. You should also bring one current stapled picture/resume for our file.
Please note that if you have auditioned within the last six months we do not need to see you again and would appreciate your abstaining from attending so that we may get to know new people. Before coming to the audition you always should call our CASTING HOTLINE at (213) 972-7235 to make sure the auditions have not been cancelled or rescheduled.

Non-Equity Actors
We are accepting pictures and resumes for all non-Equity actors. Please mail them with a cover letter to Center Theatre Group Casting, 601 West Temple Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012. When time permits, we hold general auditions by appointment for non-Equity actors.
