Credit Card Processing Update

We recently changed credit card processors to provide a more seamless purchasing experience for our patrons. In an effort to keep your credit card information safe during this transition, your payment information was removed from our systems. 

If you are a subscriber or donor in one of the following categories, please be sure to add your credit card details in the Manage Payment Methods tab of your online account if you have not done so already.

  • Subscribers on monthly payment plans
  • One CTG, Ahmanson, and Taper subscribers enrolled in our Automatic Renewal Program
  • Donors or Members with open pledges

If you need assistance adding your credit card, please call our Audience Services department at 213.628.2772.

You may also receive a customer service phone call from a Center Theatre Group representative to update your payment information. These are legitimate calls. If you have any questions or concerns, please call Audience Services at 213.628.2772.

Please note that if we do not receive your payment information in a timely manner, your subscription order or donor benefits may be cancelled.

Manage Payment Method

Our Audience Services team is available by phone during the following hours:

  • Monday 10am–5pm
  • Tuesday–Friday 10am–5pm 
  • Saturday 12–6pm
  • Sunday 11am–5pm

Performance days, Audience Services will remain open until curtain time.

Our Box Office at the Ahmanson Theatre is open Tuesday–Saturday from 12 – 8pm; Sunday 11am – 7pm; closed Mondays.
