Season Ticket Members get exclusive access to exchange tickets online up to 24 hours before their showtime for free by visiting the My Tickets page in your account. Note that the next three event tickets appear on the My Account landing page for faster access. As a Season Ticket Member, if you exchange to a lower priced ticket, you'll receive a credit that can be used for additional tickets to the same production only and that will expire at the conclusion of this production if not used. Tickets exchanged into an upgraded location or higher priced date/time may increase the price of the new ticket.
We now offer same-day exchanges for a per-ticket fee up to three hours before showtime. Same-day exchanges are not available online and must be made over the phone at 213.972.4444 or in person at the box office.
*Free online exchange is not available for Passport Members. Please call Audience Services at 213.972.4444 about how to exchange tickets purchased with a Passport Membership.
To minimize disruption, patrons not seated when the performance begins will be asked to wait in the lobby until an appropriate seating break. Latecomers may also be given alternate seats until intermission.
Please refrain from wearing strong perfumes and cologne. Many people are allergic to heavy scents.
Please remember that oversized bags, backpacks, briefcases, cameras, and video cameras are not allowed inside our theatres and will be required to be checked.
Flash photography can be dangerous to performers and is very distracting to audiences. Photography and any other type of recording device are unlawful, unless authorized by Center Theatre Group. Your use of a ticket constitutes acknowledgment of willingness to appear in authorized photographs and video in public areas of The Music Center and the Kirk Douglas Theatre and releases Center Theatre Group, The Music Center, and all others from liability resulting from the use of such photographs.
Children under age six are not admitted, unless the production is advertised for younger audiences. Regardless of age, everyone must have a ticket and be able to sit quietly through the performance. Babes in arms are not admitted.
Thanks to a generous donation from the Center Theatre Group Affiliates, the Ahmanson Theatre has a limited number of booster seats available on a first come, first served basis. Guests will need to surrender a driver’s license in exchange for the booster seat.
Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly or who fails to comply with the terms and conditions herein. Ticket holders expressly assume all liability for risk and danger incidental to the ticketed event.
Visit our ACCESS program page for information on how we make our performances and facilities accessible for patrons in wheelchairs, patrons who are deaf, hard of hearing, blind, or have low vision, and patrons with other disabilities.
In honor of our 50th Season, we’ve simplified our pricing structure and expanded the number of $25 tickets available at every performance. While we no longer have a formal Hot Tix program, we’ve improved the seating locations of $25 tickets in all three theatres and are making them available as soon as single tickets go on sale. See show pages for the single ticket on-sale dates.
We have seats available in our theatres to accommodate plus-size patrons. Please contact Audience Services at 213.628.2772 or see the House Manager prior to the performance.
Contact a head usher or call the lost and found clerk at 213.972.2600 for the Ahmanson and the Taper. Contact the performance manager at 213.972.4435 for the Douglas.
There are coat checks at the Ahmanson Theatre and Mark Taper Forum. Please ask an usher for assistance.
Center Theatre Group is a non-profit organization, and we understand the value of helping fellow community organizations. We are happy to consider requests to donate tickets for use in fundraisers and silent auctions.
Please note that we have a limited number of tickets to donate and we receive an enormous amount of requests. It is not possible for us to donate to every organization that requests tickets, and some requests will be denied. Priority will be given to nonprofit organizations and schools. We will donate to a specific organization only once per year.
All donation requests must be submitted online by clicking below. Due to the volume of requests we receive daily, we cannot confirm that individual requests have been received. You will receive an e-mail from us with the status of your request within two weeks of submission.
