DESCRIPTION:

Presented by Center Theatre Group and Glorya Kaufman Presents Dance at The Music Center, “The Red Shoes” is a beloved fairy tale and Academy Award-winning movie that has seduced audiences and inspired generations of dancers with its tale of obsession, possession and one girl’s dream to be the greatest dancer in the world. Victoria Page lives to dance but her ambitions become a battleground between the two men who inspire her passion.

Previews begin September 15. Opens September 19.
Through October 1, 2017.
Previews (September 15 – September 17):
Friday and Saturday at 8 p.m.; Sunday at 1 and 6:30 p.m.
Opens Tuesday, September 19 at 8 p.m.
Regular Performances (September 20 – October 1):
Tuesday through Friday at 8 p.m., Saturday at 2 and 8 p.m., Sunday at 1 and 6:30 p.m. No Monday performances.
Exceptions: No 6:30 p.m. performance on Sunday, October 1.
