Student Ambassador Program (High School)

This is the ultimate experience for Los Angeles County high school students who love the arts: a paid, eight-month program designed to transform passionate young people into arts leaders, team players, advocates, and engagement experts.

Observerships (Post-High-School/Early-Career)

The Observership Program is a paid opportunity for diverse early-career theatre artists to sit in on the professional rehearsal process at one or more of our three theatres. The program may be especially beneficial for aspiring directors, but is also open to designers, technicians, stage managers, playwrights, producers, and actors.
